Proposal for a street corner in Pfullingen. The concept extends the inner city creating urban density and an urban image that strengthens the local identity. The corner building is highlighted through its dominant urban design. Its street level is used for local businesses. In the rear of the buildings a green oasis is created in the hidden park forming a relaxing public space. The buildings include a mixture of different apartment types, also for families, to foster a lively city. Work areas can be integrated into the flats.
